I personally work with you every step of the way! I take the the risk out of buying custom window fashions. I know that there are many different choices out there and so many options that it may seem overwhelming. How do you know if you are buying a quality product? How do you know if you are getting the best quality for you money? All of the products that I sell are of the highest quality and most reasonably priced.
Setting up an appointment:
Any time that you call, you will talk to me (John Alegre) not a receptionist or an operator.
Choosing a product:
I will come to your home with all of my samples and I'll take the time to listen to what your concerns are in each room. I'll show you different options that you may have and explain the pros and cons of each product depending on your needs. It matters to me that you are happy with your purchase and try to give you product knowledge so that you will make an informed decision.
I'll measure your windows and give you a price breakdown for each opening individually. (some companies charge you to measure... not me!).
When you are ready to order, you will pay 50% down as your deposit, the other 50% will be paid after the installation is completed. (I actually ask for 10% for the deposit, the other 40% is for the cut materials).
Your order should arrive in 1-1/2 to 2 weeks for most products or 5 to 6 weeks if you are ordering wood shutters.
Scheduling the installation:
Once I receive your merchandise, I'll call you to set up a time to install your window coverings (I usually come out the next day it you are available).
I'll come back to your home and professionally install each application. (most companies will have paid installers who may or may not have experience on the job and who won't care if you are happy with how the job comes out as long as they get paid).
All the products that I sell will have limited lifetime warranties. If your window covering has a deffect, I will come back to your home and fix it. If I can't fix the problem, I will have the manufacturer take care of it. (with most companies, if you have a problem, you would have to talk to the receptionist who would tell you that you have to talk to the person that sold you the window covering, who would tell you that you would need to talk to the installer, who would say that it was not his fault and that they could come back to fix it, but that they would have to charge you a trip charge to take a look at it....sound familiar?).
